We don’t all have a ton of space for a tree, but there are lots of options for small space decorations. I was looking for something different for the tree this year, and came across a few pretty options here and here. The best part about this little setup? Our apartment smells nice and Christmas-y.
I bought a bundle of cedar branches, but you could use pine or something similar. Just cut them into descending lengths and tack them up on the wall. Tie up and hang your ornaments with twine.
I tucked sprigs of baby’s breath into the branches, for a bit of extra detail.
Are you sticking with a regular tree? Or are you trying something different like this? I’d love to see what you come up with!

So to say thanks, here’s a $10 credit to the shop (use code THANKSTOYOU).
Here are some of my favourite pieces at the moment (aka – the stuff I almost hoarded for myself), if you’re in the mood for some shopping:
If there’s something you’ve been eying, hop on over and treat yourself! If I had a brick and mortar shop, I would also pour you a cup of tea (or a mimosa) and say thanks for being so awesome.
With the launch of Kit + Forage, I’m starting to take on some interior styling projects. This mood board is for a bedroom that just needs a little spruce up. It already has neutral walls and pretty wood floors, so this project is all about taking it to the next level and adding those extra, personalized touches.
We’ll be working with some of the items that are already in the space, but giving them new life. Here’s a little breakdown of the plan:
